prime piece of Mid City Real estate will hit the market when the Capital Area Human Services District vacates its offices on Government Street across from White Star Market. The building, designed by renowned architect A. Hays Town, could see new life in its present form, or could be razed to make way for something completely different. Mid City real estate watchers will be keeping a close watch on what could become the most sought after piece of land on booming Government Street
