Planning is critical for impact. We work as a team to develop shared goals for our organization and we work with partners, neighbors, volunteers, and local businesses, makers and artists to create a vision for Mid City. Then we develop a Master Action Plan to help changemakers turn these visions into reality.
Strategic planning is important to an organization because it provides a sense of direction and outlines measurable goals. Strategic planning is a tool that is useful for guiding day-to-day decisions and also for evaluating progress and changing approaches when moving forward. We have a strong Leadership Team that works alongside our Executive Director and Operations to develop an ambitious strategic plan and hold our organization accountable to those goals.
