Rayna Winnfield is currently the Program Manager of Homeownership, HUD Certified Housing Counselor/Foreclosure Prevention, Specialist/Property Management Program Manager of Homeownership at Mid City Redevelopment Alliance for 8 years, where she strives to educate and guide individuals on how to establish a healthy and attainable financial balance in life. She also coaches and encourages individuals on how to become a homeowner and the importance of community stabilization. Ms. Winnfield is currently working towards a Psychology Degree from Southern New Hampshire University focusing on mental disorders as well as drug addictions. Rayna is a member of the Louisiana Federation of Housing Counselors (LFHC), National Association of Housing Counselors and Agencies (NAHCA), and Baton Rouge Association of Real Estate Brokers (BRAREB). Rayna believes that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw from their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling and enriched lives.
