Bistro Byronz has a rich history as a local favorite of Baton Rouge. The concept originated in the ‘80s with a family owned sandwich shop. It has been open for 13 years in Mid City.
Bistro Byronz growth is apparent with a second Baton Rouge location on Perkins Road, which opened in 2015. Shortly after came a new concept, Flambee Cafe. Most recent has been the opening of Bistro Byronz in Zachary.
Since opening, Bistro Byronz has managed to remain a place where friends and family can enjoy ‘real good’ food in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. The neighborhood restaurant has continued to support and contribute to our community. There’s always something going on at Bistro Byronz, whether its’s live music, a local fundraiser, art show, or event.
It’s fitting to have a company that’s continually growing and improving in a part of the city that also has that same focus. This year Bistro Byronz has plans to expand their talents, both in and out of the restaurant. With growing their catering and offsite events, they intend to provide the residents of Mid City and Baton Rouge the same friendly service and attention to detail that has come to be expected within the restaurant and bringing the charm of Bistro Byronz to them.
The mission of Mid City Redevelopment Alliance is to develop and promote the growth and renewal of Mid City Baton Rouge by attracting new and retaining current residents and businesses.
